I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is that Americans have a mindful civil war between the issue of Abortion. One side of the war fights for women’s right to have abortions and the other side fights for fetal rights. The question America is being asked is which side is justified? It springs much controversey and many disputes on who is right and who is wrong. Women are frowned upon for making a decision that benefits themselves and the ones around them. Abortion is on judgement row depicting whether or not it should be legal.
II. Facts that demonstrate that there is a problem are:
This whole quarrel is getting to people's heads. In South Dakota civilians are moving to legalize the killings of doctors who perform abortions! State Rep. Phil Jensen, permits and supports this bill. Supposedly, if the bill passes, it could in theory allow a woman's father, mother, son, daughter, or husband to kill anyone who tried to provide that woman an abortion—even if she wanted one.
